Balochistan has declared its independence from Pakistan, its representative Mir Yar Baloch claimed via an X post on Wednesday, 14th May 2025. The Baloch leader said that the people of Balochistan have given their "national verdict", and the world cannot stay a silent spectator to it. He cited violence, enforced disappearances, and human rights violations for decades in the region.
