PS Plus May 2025 PS4 and PS5 games - Until Dawn, NBA 2K25, Lost in Random lead predictions

UPDATE: The May 2025 PS Plus games have been revealed by Sony.

While there's no sign of Until Dawn Remastered, the line-up does contain one of last year's best games, as Balatro joins the service.

The superb Balatro is joined by Ark: Survival Ascended and Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. The games will be available on May 6.

The May 2025 PS Plus games will replace the current line-up, which is headlined by Robocop Rogue City, Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker's Memory.

With the next wave of games about to be announced, subscribers have been attempting to predict the line-up ahead of the big reveal.

In the monthly predictions thread over on , multiple subscribers believe Until Dawn Remastered will join the line-up.

Not only would it coincide with the release of the Until Dawn movie, but according to a recent leak spotted by a user, the popular horror game was listed as one of the PS Plus games on the PlayStation Store page.

It's possible Until Dawn was added to the page prematurely, and will be announced as a PS Plus game later this week.

Until Dawn is a narrative adventure inspired by classic slasher movies. Players are tasked with making decisions that have life and death consequences, as eight friends visit a remote lodge with a bloody history.

NBA 2K25 is another popular pick in the predictions thread, alongside fellow sports titles such as EA FC 25 and EA Sports WRC.

Speaking of Electronic Arts, other users believe EA-published adventure game Lost in Random could join the line-up.

Lost in Random is described as a gothic fairytale adventure in which progression is decided by the roll of a dice.

Sony explains more: "Ruled by a wicked Queen, the kingdom of Random is divided into six shadowy realms where life is dictated by a cursed black dice.

"You'll join Even, a penniless girl who's down on her luck, in a dark quest to save her beloved sister. With her companion Dicey, a small and strange living dice, Even must learn to embrace the chaos of Random, uncovering an age-old tale with a modern message."

Other games featured in the predictions thread include Hades, Trepang 2, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, Pacific Drive, Undisputed, Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered, Atomic Heart, Assassin's Creed Mirage, Avatar Frontiers of Pandora, Braid, Hi-Fi Rush, F1 Manager 2024, Still Wakes the Deep and Lords of the Fallen.

That's on top of The Pathless, Marvel's Midnight Suns, Wo Long Fallen Dynasty, Terminator Resistance, A Way Out, Yakuza 0, Resident Evil Village, Alone in the Dark, The Outlast Trials, Insurgency Sandstorm, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes and Ark Survival Ascended.

Other fans believe first-party games may be added to the line-up, such as LEGO Horizon Adventures, Horizon Forbidden West and The Last of Us Part 2.

Then there are the more unlikely picks, including Alan Wake 2, Final Fantasy 16, Lies of P and Star Wars Outlaws.
