Rohit Godara, distraught over the shooters' encounter, issued a threat in a social media post

A post attributed to Rohit Godara is going viral on social media. Regarding the encounter between two shooters, it says, "Brothers, this encounter has been a huge loss of life for us."

The criminals who opened fire at Bollywood actress Disha Patni's house on September 12 were killed in an encounter by the UP STF. It is being said that both the shooters belonged to Rohit Godara's gang. After the encounter, he posted a post on social media under the name Rohit Godara, which contained anger as well as threats. He wrote on social media, "Ram Ram to all the brothers, I am Rohit Godara. Let me tell you. These news channel people who are running the news have not been killed. These are not killed, they have been martyred. These brothers have sacrificed their lives for the religion. Have some shame. You shout Sanatan Sanatan with one mouth. And the one who fights for Sanatan is killed."

"This is not an encounter but the defeat of Sanatan"

He further wrote on social media, "This is not justice. All those who are roaming around in the name of Sanatan Dharma are just making their living. This is not an encounter, it is the defeat of Sanatan. Those who fight for the religion are killed in this India. If you are so truthful, then raise the issue. Get justice for our martyred brothers."

"A business is being run under the guise of Sanatan Dharma"

He further wrote, "I want to tell the entire country that this is a business being run under the guise of Sanatan Dharma. All countrymen should beware of them. And if we can fight for the religion, then for our martyred brothers, we can do things that they cannot even imagine. And whoever is involved in this, no matter how rich or powerful they are, it may take time. There is no excuse." NDTV does not confirm this post.

There was firing at Disha Patni's house

On September 12th, two miscreants opened fire at actress Disha Patani's home in Bareilly. Rohit Godara claimed responsibility in a post. Disha Patani's sister had commented against Premanand Maharaj, which led to the firing.

Both the criminals were killed in an encounter

Both criminals were killed in an encounter in Ghaziabad on September 17th by the UP Special Task Force (STF). The shooters were identified as Ravindra from Rohtak, Haryana, and Arun from Sonipat. Ravindra and Arun were reportedly members of the Rohit Godara and Goldie Brar gangs. Glock and Zigana pistols and a large quantity of ammunition were recovered from them.
