Earlier, sources said the Indian board was considering impeachment proceedings against Asian Cricket Council (ACC) chief Mohsin Naqvi. It's worth noting that Naqvi took the winning trophy with him after India's victory in the Asia Cup.

According to NDTV sources, Secretary Devjit Saikia says that Naqvi has damaged the reputation of the ACC and the ICC. Furthermore, he says that Naqvi's behavior was "inappropriate and uncivilized." He will raise the issue at the next ICC meeting.
