The daughter of Sue and Noel Radford, Sophie has been supported by fans after she shared an emotional family announcement.
Sophie shot to fame with the rest of the Radford clan back in 2012, when they let cameras into their home for the very first time.
Since then, her parents have welcomed several more children and the family have rarely been off screens - with the latest series of Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting airing earlier this year.

As for Sophie, she is a proud mum to Daisy Mae, Ayprill Louise, 10, and Leo, nine, whom she shares with Joe Broadley. In May though, Sophie appeared to confirm she had split with Joe, 10 years after getting married.
However, this week, Sophie left her fans emotional as she shared an emotional family milestone. Taking to her Instagram, Sophie shared a sweet tribute to her daughter Daisy, who turned 13.
Alongside a photo of Daisy on their current Florida holiday, Sophie wrote in the caption: “Huge happy 13th birthday to my little Daisy well not so little because she's taller than me. How do I have a teenager love you so much my girl.”
Fans rushed to the comments section to send their well wishes with several left emotional over ‘how fast the time has gone’. One person said: “Happy birthday Daisy can't believe she's 13 already, wow she's so beautiful.”
Someone else added: “Happy 13th birthday Daisy, where has the time gone [sobbing face emoji] & I hope you're having the best day so far.” A third chimed in: “Wow 13 teenager. Happy birthday, Daisy!”
Daisy’s birthday comes just months after Sophie hinted she had split from husband Joe - whom she married in 2015.

During a Q&A session on her Instagram, one fan bluntly asked her: "Are you single?" to which she simply answered: "Yes." She then shut down any further questions on the subject, adding: "That's all that will be said on it."
The couple's split may not be too much of a surprise for some viewers of the reality TV show. Last year she was heard on camera explaining she had hit rock bottom.
In the clip, which saw her discuss her life in the run-up to turning 30, she acknowledged having children had an impact on her married life.
“With me and Joe, we used to go out to cinemas, out for meals, go out shopping, do all sorts of things. Had things and it all stopped," she admitted.
"Because I've seen my mum and dad so happy, I do feel like I should be like that as well. However, it's not for everyone."
