Cristiano Ronaldo-starrer Al Nassr reportedly closing in on signing Bayern Munich's Kingsley Coman

Meanwhile, several reports have been circulating about Ronaldo-starrer Al Nassr closing in on a deal to sign Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman for a massive €35m amount. With the 2025-26 fast approaching, the Saudi Arabia-based club is inevitably looking to build a strong side.

According to journalist Florian Plettenburg, the deal between Al Nassr and Bayern for Coman has reached an advanced stage and the official confirmation could be expected soon. As far as Al-Nassr's recent games, they suffered a loss to La Liga 2 side UD Almeria in a friendly game on Sunday despite the Portuguese striker netting in two goals.

Although Al-Nassr were down early by 0-1, Ronaldo's twin strikes helped them edge ahead in the contest. Nevertheless, the 40-year-old was subbed out in the second half and Adri Embarba sealed the win for Almeria. Joao Felix, who had been signed in recently by Al Nassr, came close to getting in the equaliser but failed to breach the defences of the opposition.
