Bihar election 2025: RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav slammed NDA's Bihar manifesto ' sankalp patra' saying that the alliance should release a 'sorry patra' and apologise to 14 crore people of Bihar.

"NDA should release 'sorry patra' instead and apologise to the 14 crore people of Bihar. The state is the poorest despite their 20-year rule. There are no factories here, no investment. This Govt failed in all sectors. So, they should have released a 'sorry patra'...They have brought the manifesto in haste..."Tejashwi Yadav told reporters in Patna.

NDA's sankalp patra has made headlines with opposition leaders claiming that the ruling NDA released its manifesto for the Bihar assembly elections in a press conference that lasted only 26 seconds, as they are afraid of facing questions from journalists.

After NDA released its 'sankalp patra' on Friday, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav said, "They copy everything. They say they will provide 1 crore jobs. They ask me where will I generate jobs from. They should say where will they do it from."

Ahead of Bihar assembly elections, Tejashwi Yadav said, "...This is just 'jumla'. People of Bihar have recognised their 'chaal, charitra'. They will give NDA a befitting reply this time. Mahagathbandhan will form the Govt. People of the state want to end unemployment..."

In a press conference, Congress leader Ashok Gehlot termed the NDA's manifesto a 'string of lies'.

Gehlot said, "NDA leaders' press conference lasted merely 26 seconds. They were afraid of the questions that may have been asked by reporters about their governance."

NDA alliance released its joint manifesto or 'Sankalp Patra' for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections in Patna. NDA includes the Bharatiya Janata Party, Janata Dal (United), Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular), and Rashtriya Lok Morcha.

Earlier on Tuesday, Mahagathbandhan, led by Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Congress, released its manifesto titled 'Bihar Ka Tejashwi Pran,' promising to pass a law within 20 days of forming government, to provide government jobs to one member of every family in the state.
