Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], September 3 (ANI): A day after K Kavitha was suspended from the party for her "anti-party" activities, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC Mohammed Mahmood Ali on Wednesday stated that it was an "internal matter" and would be solved soon.
"This is not a big matter. It is an internal matter and would be solved soon..." Ali told ANI.
Meanwhile, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Wednesday accused BRS and their families of "fighting among themselves" and asserted that he doesnot have "time to associate" with such people while dismissing the allegations of K Kavitha who was dismissed for "anti-party" activities.
He also likened BRS to a "thousand rupee note" that has "lost its time".
"I want to say one thing, why will I stand behind such people? I am a leader, I'll be in front along with my people. They (BRS) and their families are fighting among themselves, one person says Revanth Reddy is behind Harish Rao and Santosh Rao and another says Revanth Reddy is behind K Kavitha... I don't have time to associate with such people. Everybody knows whatever is happening, kindly dont drag us into your fight. Dont drag us into your family and caste dispute. People have rejected you, you're like a thousand-rupee note that has lost its value, the party will be lost with time...," CM Reddy said.
On September 1, BRS MLC K Kavitha, while reacting to the Telangana government's decision to order a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the Kaleshwaram project, alleged that any taint on KCR's image regarding the Kaleshwaram issue is due to BRS leaders Harish Rao and Santosh Rao, accusing them of conspiring against her and KCR.(ANI)
