Chelsea are no strangers to activity in the transfer window, with the turnover of players over the last few years especially high. It seems it will be no different this time around, with several players looking to be heading to the door at Stamford Bridge.

This summer has seen EIGHT players arrive at the club already. Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens, Jorrel Hato, Liam Delap, Estevao, Dario Essugo, Mamadou Sarr and Kendry Paez have all completed moves to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are still also working on a deal for RB Leipzig forward Xavi Simons. Chelsea have held club-to-club talks with the German side, as they look to come to an agreement.

The Blues also continue to be linked with interest in wantaway Manchester United forward, Alejandro Garnacho. It's reported that the player is keen on a move from Old Trafford to Chelsea.

While Chelsea have held talks, for Simons, concentration has been on getting players out the door. It's something that will help financially and make room in the squad for incomings.

Monday saw progress made on a lot of deals. Midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is expected to head to Everton after a £29million fee (including add-ons) was agreed between the clubs. That switch comes just a year after he completed a £30million transfer from boyhood club Leicester City.

Dewsbury-Hall struggled for regular game-time at Chelsea last season.

Striker Armando Broja is also heading towards the exit doorto join newly-promoted side, Burnley, on a permanent deal. BBC Sport report that the deal could be worth up to £20million with Lesley Ugochukwu looks set to make the same move on a permanent basis.

Carney Chukwuemeka could be leaving the club, with Chelsea holding talks with Borussia Dortmund over a permanent deal. Striker Marc Guiu is also closing in on a straight loan move to newly-promoted Sunderland.

As well as the deals still happening, Chelsea have seen players already leave the club for big fees. Earlier this summer Noni Madueke completed a £48.5 million move to Arsenal

Joao Felix has joined Saudi outfit Al-Nassr, for a fee of up to £43.7m, Bashir Humphreys has Burnley for a reported £14m.

Goalkeepers have, also, been on the move. Djordje Petrovic has joined Bournemouth for £25m, Kepa Arrizabalaga signed for Arsenal for £5m, while Marcus Bettinelli has joined Manchester City although no fee has been disclosed.

Of all the transfer fees reported and confirmed, Chelsea have brought in more than £185million through sales this summer, if the move for Dewsbury-Hall and Broja go through as expected. There will also be the wages that have been freed up through the sales and that will serve as a huge boost to Enzo Maresca as he looks to do business in the final weeks of the summer transfer window.
